No matter where you are at on your journey of self-discovery - how long and how deeply you have been in touch with yogic practices:
All Yogaclasses are all-level classes! You will be asked to specify your individual wishes with regard to Asanas that you would like to work on and injuries that you would like me to be informed about.
The Retreat is a unique blend, ready to meet your individual needs. We will curate a shedule for you that can include as many Yogaclasses and massage-treatments as well as coaching sessions as its benefitial for you at this stage.
We can add private or group sessions with other professionals in town, for example a soundbath with chrystal bowls, oil massages and/or somatic bodywork, a TCM-inspired osteopathy-session or vocal coaching.
You will be able to communicate your needs, wishes and personal interests in a 1:1 planning call (a few days after the discovery call, if we decide that we want to do it) prior to the Retreat.
