All Yogaclasses are all-level classes! You will be asked to specify your individual wishes with regard to Asanas that you would like to work on and injuries that you would like me to be informed about.
The Retreat is a unique blend, ready to meet your individual needs. We will curate a shedule for you that can include as many Yogaclasses and massage-treatments as well as coaching sessions as its benefitial for you at this stage.
We can add private or group sessions with other professionals in town, for instance a soundbath with chrystal bowls, a TCM-inspired osteopathy-session or vocal coaching.
You will be able to communicate your needs, wishes and personal interests in an anonymous online registration form that you fill out prior to the Retreat.
